My previous guide was from Alpha ~ Beta stages, before Focused Attack did damage to minions as well therefore the attack buff would have been significant, however due to the ability only doing damage to heroes now and the increased threat to Raynor, I have replaced Seasoned Marksman with Give Me More!

I have again added Revolution Overdrive to this build. After further testing and playing a couple of ranked Hero League games I have determined that Revolution Overdrive is better than Hamstring Shot in the Auto-Attack build. Thank you for the suggestion Kiy0!

Most professionals take Blood for Blood with Sylvanas at level 16 due to the decrease in range of the W. Normally I use W for harassment and the range helps keep Sylvanas safe as she can easily be killed when she gets too close. This is why Blood for Blood is better in my opinion. An added bonus is that Blood for Blood slows the enemy allowing you or your team to finish them off as well as restores health to Sylvanas (Which is needed as she is very squishy).

I can see your argument to why Revolution overdrive is an extremely good ability. In fact I used to use Revolution overdrive in this build before I changed it. However, Penetrating Round is almost always used if you want to escape with Raynor as he is already very slow therefore in order to minimalize actions I choose Hamstring Shot. Hamstring Shot is also great in offensive uses as well assisting your team (Slow the enemy so the team can catch up, Ambush the enemy in a bush and push them...

Can someone tell me why they don't like this guide? I see that half the votes are down votes and I'm wondering what is wrong with the guide?

Hyperion is actually extremely good for laning. It does an immense amount of damage to structures, etc. However, Yamato Cannon only works on structures so I do not believe using it in an assassin based Raynor would bring any benefits (Not to mention it only targets random enemies, so chances are you are hitting minions are structures more than Heroes, which is what an assassin is meant to do.) Since, this is the only real change the Hyperion got I still prefer the Banshee's over the Hyperion...
