In my Gold experience, Ana at first looks appears to be a primary Support Hero but in need of a secondary Support or a very strong frontline. Fragile backline character with no bonus mobility and only escape tool is a skillshot Sleep (new status effect). Her healing is dependent on hitting skillshots on demand, as well as good positioning. Thanks again for your continued feedback! I am glad the second round of Heroic Abilities are much better. I will reduce (R1) Pain Suppression's cooldown to 60-90 seconds. I left the 120 second cooldown from the previous Heroic and forgot to change it. I wanted a dual interaction with (R2) Mass Dispel in the form of removing negative effects from allies and positive effects from enemies. Perhaps add the latter part of removing positive effects from enemies to the Level 20 Talent choice...

I did not realize "Incapacitate" was an effect in Heroes of the Storm (I took a good ten month break from it starting last year), so I will be sure to update (E) Chastise's Ability description. I really love the idea of Stamina as a resource and (E) Bounding Stride is just perfect and even better thematically when paired with the negative effect of his Trait, however the rest of the concept seems a bit muddled to me.
