Highest dmg output for butchers are hamstring build and its much better for bursting players down. I've been toying around with taking Abattoir and Brutal Strike but so far i've had much better succes rate with Brutal Strike for simple reason when ever butcher goes in he gets cced down. Much better choice to burst one player down before you get stunned or kited. And without Brutal Strike its not possible to burst anyone down unless your team is far ahead. For zoning phoenix is good thats true but in soloques and not in team environment getting 1 player down instantly is far more important than throwin heroic that deals very little dmg and most cases just disengages matches. Slowing down enemy team phoenix is better but when we go there that team needs 1 player down fast pyro pulls ahead and is far superior. Also my stats 0% (3 games played) winrate with phoenix and 50,6% (83 games played) winrate with pyro. And in dream scenario...

I have to dissagree with heroic ability choice due seriously. Dmg wise it deals way less than pyro and only good point is that it cant be interrupted. Only reason why i would ever take phoenix over pyro is that enemy team has lots of interrupts /other counters for pyro. 2k dmg after few seconds at lvl 20 before TF starts or to use burst another down after using spells is just too much to pass on
