I often find myself aiming for some fury in some games while still not having it. And when you're facing a sustained damage comp with a lot of stuns, imo you're better with Anger Management to hold your fury. You can spam seismic slam (that is Sonya's main damage tool after she speared + AA), and deal heavy damage while never running out of fury and wrath of the berserker. A little thing bothering me : Why not leaving its chance to Anger Management? It's actually quite good for what it is against heavy CC-comps, or when you find yourself in heavy need of fury and spear + shot aren't enough for you to have it (for example, in seismic spam build). Plus the spear is kinda "hard" to hit due to the clunky hitbox, so it can work situationally. (just like Hurricane imo)

I think you're kinda underestimating Flare, Taking Flight and Aspect of the Hawk. While I didn't play that much with Rexxar (bought him and did 2 games with him and will do more), Flare's great at revealing stealthed, making you kinda their mortal enemy. You should consider adding Li Li near Uther and BW for threat lv. With Lingering Blind and Shrink Ray, Illidan can't do anything if the cute panda is near from him. You get blinded for 3 seconds, meaning you lose all sustain and damage, and if you dare to use Metamorphosis, Li Li can just use shrink ray to make you lose all your damage.

Can't Unrelenting-pursuit be good? It lowers the CD of your main aggro tool by 8 seconds if you hit (which is quite easy imo), and Envenom is pretty meh since the patch. It can deal some damage, though it cannot kill fleeing opponents anymore. It's really good in teamfights though. After trial in the shop, it seems AA build is the best. You can't perma-slow enemies considering hamstring only slows for 2.5 sec and has a 3 sec cd. To get the Cheap Shot bonus, you'll need quite the CC in your team (basically Jaina + Muradin). For Hamstring Build, I think Flail Axe or Envenom could be better without CC.
