Great guide, you've really helped improve my Jaina play! Been having trouble with her recent talent changes, I'm glad you went through the trouble to write this guide. :) I do recommend using numbing blast sometime, the root can be very useful utility, both for defense and offense. I normally only take it when I have a tyrande on my team, or another vulnerable spreading hero.

I would agree with you, but unfortunately the "regeneration" Amplified Healing refers to, is Health regeneration. I've done some testing, and no where did I see it contribute to Mana Regeneration. Granted, I don't give Amp healing enough credit. The synergy it has with Holy Radiance, and Hardened Focus is quite fantastic. I need to update the guide anyway, so I'll be sure to keep Amp Healing in mind. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. :)
