I know nothing about this character but this concept is pretty awesome) I only think that first heroic is a bit lame. Second is super cool though. I actually really want to see some kind of time bubble in the game that will slow or stop projectiles and abilities like triple tap/frostbolt/pyroblast, so that you allies wil have more time to run away or prepare for the hit. Tassadar had a time warp before (now it's psy storm). I thing they should've left it and give it ability to slow abilities.
