I was gonna make a build on here cause i thought i was the only one who realized the potential of Regen master at lvl 1!!! its crazy to have 60+ regen.... i used this as an excuse to get the boosters at lvl 7... works very nicely. also if you dont get graduating range what good is your artillery. just position better. 50% move speed might as well be pointless imo! but great build man glad you posted.
