Im having the same issue .. I uploaded several replays manually with the client, and used the web dialog to upload .. gotta be a hundred of them. The progress bar on each one went blue but it never gave me a complete dialog or anything. My account on hero.gg still says "You do not yet have a player profile! You must upload some replays." hey it is Tuesday now, 2 days later. I continue to get this error when I try to publish the guide I wrote (which you can view in the link in the OP). It'd be nice if someone from the site administration took a look .. is there some other place I should submit that?

Today I tried to create a general guide (this tier list: http://www.heroesfire.com/hots/guide/everymans-tier-list-low-mid-rank-tier-list-july-19-2015-5673 ) not about a specific hero (so I didnt select any hero at the top). For the past .. hour at least, I have not been able to publish it, although I can save and archive it. I already have one about a hero, so I am wondering if there is something special you have to do to publish your guide when it is a "general" category guide?...

how do you publish a general guide that is not about a specific hero?

none of this is actually relevant to the Butcher patch .. you might have used HotSLogs data from just recently but it groups by week — so 6/7s of the data after the first day is still from the previous patch. I'm not really complaining, I just think you could provide a more accurate title to the guide if you used that title a week later instead of the first day :)

just some basic math for Ranger's Ambush vs Envenom: ambush would allow 5x 25+3= 125+15 damage, splitable 5 ways but you dont get to choose targets. envenom allow 180+30 damage over 5 seconds. not splitable, but also significantly better. to fix R.Ambush I think they would have to also increase the Withering Fire's Quiver to hold at least 4 more shots.
