Prefer the cd reduction talent on 7 since it will be very important in team fights and the lvl 16 talent that improves corruptions dmg is just to good to pass of, teams will simply melt.

You've made an error by listing the Level 1 talents, Hopelessness is missing and you have Mana Thirst listed twice. I really like Hopelessness a lot, to have the extra 20% range on the life drain, since it will help keep that going for the entire duration, the added distance they have to cover before leaving the area is quite a bit.
