I'm surprised (and not at the same time) that there isn't any build close to the one I often use. Triple hungering arrow. I often get yelled at by other players looking at it until I start pulling of a bunch of kills with it. It doesn't have any life regen capacity so its a hard build to play, but people able to chain 3 hungering arrows are so rare, I often get free kills out of people simply not taking care at all.
