Hi, i'm not a pro but play Hots from beta. I tried other mobas too. Some pplsay that Chromie is a junk. But not at all. So far I found that for me best works level 3 talent as a range for basic atacks and crit after "Q" skill In team fights. It is so amazing and rewarding even more than sand pierce. As for heroic it is very situational. If you go for super long range I found that temporal loope is used rarely and enemy dies before return:) so slowing sand looks better for cc and...
