Very solid concept, with 3 minor changes - first of all, Gladiator's Strikes- this is a targeted stun with (minor) burst and a self-heal, all on a 4 second cooldown. If you want to keep it useable this often, I would change it to "your next basic attack hits 3 times and stuns" or something along those lines, so you aren't giving Varian an low-CD Hammer of Justice. Personally, I would also remove the self-heal and enable it as a talent (in which case you could bump it up to 100%...
