Just picked up the vikings yesterday and this is pretty similar to how I played them!! One thing I would change is the tier 1 talent. Honestly Olaf should be the only one taking any damage and he regens health when out of combat. I think block is a much more viable pick because it adds more survivability to the vikings since Olaf is always in front and often gets focused (though smart opponents won't) this is what I do but again they've been out for a day so I'll have to see how I feel after...
