If you don't want double bombs, it would be a good idea to use void slash + rending cleave as it gives you very similar amount of damage and it is easier to use. This way, however, you lose a bit of slow which is not that critical.

For lvl 1, I suggest go for block or even regeneration master. The guide was written with the competitive play in mind, where wormhole which gives you more safe epic plays, which you generally need. Thanks for your response, Yantoin. If you'd like to be more agressive with basic attacks, I suggest to take focused attack instead of vorpal blade. You don't have difficulties sticking to the target thanks to singularity spike and ultimate you choose. Also consider searing attacks on level 7 for your playstyle as it will boost your basic attack damage even further at the cost of survivability. I still woudn't reccomend assassin's blade instard of wormhole on lvl 13, due to mobility...
