@Soneca Even tho its a Q-Build your primary damage still comes from AA's. For example: At level 10 with 25 meat stacks your AA does 264 dmg and your Q does 140. So the bonus damage of Cheap Shot would be about half an AA - not impressive considering you do about 2-4 AA's in one Q-Rotation. Lamb to the Slaughter does not count as a root, stun or slow. So if your team does not bring any CC you wont get much use out of Cheap Shot. But i still see your point: if you want the most burst...
