I was able to get my NA key and it activated properly. Here's a little info on how I got it to work: Firefox browser was never even getting me to the "Select Region" screen. When I tried in Safari, I saw that screen, but it sat forever after selecting NA, and eventually after timing out went back to the keys are all gone page. I haven't even seen the region selection. I just get a error on the 10-minute mark and then back to "keys all gone".
