I don't have a single qualm. Great work.

Those numbers are insane, especially at Level 1. Keeping in mind 800 is about the starting point, Leap Shockwave can do half an opponent's health. A passive doubling a basic attack is nothing to look down on either, that's pretty insane for a combat trait.

He's really bland for being such a fun character in lore.

The biggest issue with this character is that Divine Shield and Divine Storm are already in the game as Uther's ultimates.
