Is there a reason you don't take cleanse at 7?

is it still worth the totem with the shift from 3% to 2%?

I've sorta fallen in love with this support character. Though I wanted to ask, if blinding winds hits a hero twice, in a spaced fashion, does it stack the misses, or refresh the count?

I like this focus. Its insanely durable assaulting towers around 7-10, heck, most bosses are near soloable if you have a support with you. The bruiser and siege camps are doable without worry. The big thing is keeping your berserk up, as its potent, (and what I didn't like about her was it was so darn easy to cc her) and so you sorta have to wait on the chain in a way to boost it, as you can keep chaining the ultimate.
