I like Priest in general but I feel that this is just a caster, of course it takes a large range of spells from priest but I don't see how does it play in a meaningful way. The interesting part I think is that you toggle healer/assassin but the healer just heals and the assassin is a very generic caster. Resurrection unlocked at level 1 seems weird. I feel that fire is sad. I like the idea of the rotations of elements. I'm thinking in a character that is completely based on that. Another point is that maybe you want an early Rewind not at 20 or make your CD's a bit shorter. Unleash elements for example you only cast 1 per fight if you cast the first one right away.
