Murky would have my vote as most useless. I can find a use for just about any other hero but Murky seems to be more suited to simply clowning around and trolling people than actually executing a viable strategy. I suspect that will change in time, but for now he's got my vote. Following Murky? I'd say E.T.C. (Yes, I know it's not a popular vote). He's got arguably the best ultimate in the game but it's backed by one of the worst kits. My opinion, at least.

I believe he's remarking on how a guide will say "X Votes" but doesn't say whether or not those votes are negative or positive votes. I always operate on the assumption that the "X Votes" is the sum of positive votes minus negative votes. So a guide with 32 votes would have 32 more positive votes than negative votes.

It's in Alpha at the moment, expect a lot to change. The game's meta will be ever-changing, potential heroes have already been announced and it's been stated that many more are still to come, new maps and even custom-made maps are already announced as being included... Most of what you've stated as setbacks are already being addressed.

I suspect the maps will be handled much like the heroes. Each tournament will select a pool of maps and heroes that are permitted to be used in the tournament with the first map of every set being chosen at random by the tournament admins. The second map of a set would be chosen by the losing team and so on until a best of three or five is completed. (A set). As far as how it will function as an esport? A little advice I learned from experience... Every online community is filled with people, the same people that make up any other community but with one slight difference: anonymity. There are going to be bad apples in every group, people who either get their own thrills by being reprehensible toward other players or who simply get caught up in the moment and fail to remember they're dealing with other people not just a collection of pixels. The best thing you can do is ignore them....
