While I am a personal fan of Nobundo for Elemental Shaman, I must say, this is a very neat concept, and certainly very interesting. The only concern I have is that unless the Healing Stream Totem dies to a stray Abathur attack, it might be a bit broken, especially on a Specialist, not a Support. I think it's more fitting to base it off of your own team, although I don't think basing it off the enemy team, if Blizz did that, would be terrible.

Again. Something like 2s/20s would be perfectly fine, I'd say, but 0.5s/60s? That's literally worthless. Every mage has a method of escape(With varying levels of power.). Ming has a ~5 second cooldown teleport. Jaina is a Slow-bot. Kael has a stun. His is fine IMO, with a bit of tuning.

Alright, let's counter-point. The Interceptors would die to a stray auto-attack from almost any hero, and she still has a weaker AA than quite a few heroes; This only serves as a temporary buff(3 seconds.). The Tempest does a grand total of 300 damage. To one person. Most assassins can do more with one ability. Usually to multiple people. Warp-In is three weak units.
