Well dudes..! I got one! I finally managed to figure it out! The system is been handling keys every 10 minutes! If you manage to get the message for EU selection then you will not get a key cause someone else has already got it...! HOW ..!? It's simple! As already someone else mentioned, if after the EU selection (same applies for US obviously) you refresh the page you are gonna get the message "Confirm form resubmission" which is the last step you have to be in order to win a...

Well i should have 5 keys by now... !! 5 times the choose region message! I mean since i am granted access to choose a region i should have grabbed a key... !!
