Biography

Happy amateur oldschool gamer from Sweden that started playing games back in the 80's, the first compoutergames i ever played was on a Sinclair ZX Spectrum hooked up to a small black&white television-screen.

The love for computers and gaming has continued throughout all my life with some different eras like, C-64, Amiga, PC and so on. I'm very selective in my game of choice, i wanna dig deep into a game, not just scratch on the surface but i have never had the urge or desire to become a pro, age is a factor too ofcourse.

Multiplayer games came into my life in the mid 90's, and like so many else did, i started with Quake, that's also when i first heard about LAN for the very first time. LAN became a common part in my life and at most I played in LAN every weekend. This kept going on for many years, the whole quake-series-era i would say around 96-2001. After that era i was pretty much fed up with fps-games and got interested in MMORPG's, or more specifically Dark Age of Camelot, i got nothing but love for this game, i played it for years. In 2005/6 i got into World of Warcraft, not very surprisingly though, just about everyone played it. I played this up until 2012 with some large breaks here and then.

2010/11 - Here comes the most surprising thing, i got introduced to the world of RTS, this was a completely unexplored arena for me that i never thought i would get into. A new Starcraft-game had been released, and i got the game as a present from my brother all of a sudden, no birthday or anything, the most unlikely present i could ever get tbh, it wasn't strange that i got a a game but that it was an RTS-game. Well ok, now i had to at least try it, not only did he buy the game but a huge fat guidance-book so i could really dig deep into this new world in the best possible way. :)

Through Dreamhack i started to watch all pro matches and i was amazed over the skills players had in this game, if you think it requires skill to play FPS, then you haven't seen nothing compared to this, this was out of this world with all their fast keypresses, i had never seen anything like that. This also introduced me to a new guy called Day9, he's had a huge impact on me and especially to the whole Starcraft-community, he became a sort of guru and my online-teacher through his awesome learning-how-to-become-a-better-gamer-videos, he was my new big idol and inspiration at the time and this continued over many years. One other person i need to mention is WhiteRA. I always said to myself, if both of those guys stops playing this game, i'm out too! Well this happends after many years sort of, and i have also lost interest as the years has gone by. Everything comes to an end, sooner or later.

2014-NOW - Playing all kinds of games in this era, Starcraft 2, CS:GO, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, Ring of Elysium, COD:MW-Warzone (only games i have played a LOT is listed)

Well that was a little bit of my gaming-journey, thanks for taking your time reading and have a great day.
