Hammer Time is a build focused on annoying the hell out of the enemy team by pestering them with stuns and the ability to self-sustain very efficiently, easily taking down isolated targets.
Talents:
Level 1: Hammer of the Lightbringer
This Talent is the key to this build, Uther is a hero that heavily relies on mana as he burns through it very quickly, with the mana regeneration and the focus of mainly using basic attacks he rarely needs to hearth back for mana, your main focus should be to finish the quest as soon as possible to aquire the 1.5 second cooldown reduction on basic attack hit.
Level 4: Holy Shock
Holy Shock is a great talent to finish off targets when they get out of range and also to burst targets down, combined with the 6 second cooldown reduction and 45 mana refund this talent is unquestionably the best talent to pick as it also gives Uther more damage to put out and is a vital stone in this build playing a role with the lvl 16 talent -|Beacon of Light|-.
Level 7: Guardian of Ancient Kings
There isn't much to say about this talent, it is really good against comps that have a large amount of CC (Crowd Control) as you recieve 50% damage reduction to physical damage instead of 25, however if the enemy team has no CC whatsoever you should go with Hand of Protection.
Level 10: Divine Storm
Divine Storm is a decent ultimate that can prove amazing in certain situations. It allows you to escape from deadly situations and is an amazing diving tool with an organized team.
Level 13: Well Met
Well Met is a modest talent, debuffing the enemy and stacking to reduce the damage along with Guardian of Ancient Kings by reducing the enemies damage but most importantly slowing them after the stun has expired.
Level 16: Beacon of Light
Whilst many would prefer Benediction it's cooldown is really high at 60 seconds, Beacon of Light allows Uther to heal himself greatly and turn him into a massive annoyance for the enemy team as even thought the talent states that self-healing is increased by 200% while below 50% HP and healing others this also applies to damaging enemy heroes with Holy Shock, meaning that Uther survivability is greatly increased, at level 20 Uther being able to heal himself for 1191 Health every 6 seconds whilst below 50% by simply attacking the enemy team, combine this with the stunning and it turns him into a self-sustain machine.
Level 20: Redemption
To be simply and quite frank, after the buff to Uther's Divine Hurricane talent it has become a strong alternative to Redemption, if you die often you should pick that instead however Redemption is a great talent as you revive at 50% HP and can quickly through that heal yourself back up to max in a matter of seconds.
