hey, don't you think the spike distance and cooldown is better than the extra carapase shielding for lvl 1 when combined with the lvl 13 healing spikes?
Evolution Complete works "fine," it just won't show Deep Tunnel as an available ability if learned while Symbiote is active on the Monstrosity. You have to un-hat the Monstrosity first, then re-hat it and Deep Tunnel will become available on the Z.
I like this build. Usually Monstrosity builds are part of "Pusher Abathur builds". Having the Monstrosity push a lane and offer support through sieging, kite the enemy heroes once they notice how far it pushed the lane and trying to keep it alive for a few seconds seems to be the genuine strategy. I like how you blended the defensive+teamfighting Abathur and actually treat Monstrosity as a hero that can deal a **** ton of damage and not just serve as a powerful lane minion (especially with Deep Tunnel - you gotta pay attention to Monstrosity then, otherwise if it dies withing 10 seconds of being spawned this talent is worthless). There are definitely a lot of options to choose from when playing Abathur and you made an interesting one!
