in this Quhira Guide I want to present 3 Builds to you that I find are currently working.
The Standard Build is the current High Winrate Build According to HotS Logs. It revolves around the 1st Spell "Carnage".
Alternatives:
Qhira- Level 4: "Upstage" against heavy AA Temas.
- Level 20: "No Sanctuary" if a Silence is not that worthwhile against the enemy team (no low mobility Casters) and you rather need to stick more to low health targets to finish them off.

The Auto-Attack Build is meant for Matches where you have to duel other Auto-Attackers a lot, so you need constant sustain and AA-Damage for Melee Trading.
Alternatives:
- Level 4: "Upstage" against heavy AA Temas.
- Level 16: Booming Kick if you need the extra CC, Swing Life Away against high Spell Damage Teams.
- Level 10: Your Ult can be chosen situational. If the enemy team tends to clump up, "Unrelenting Strikes is also an option.

The "Fatal Wounds Build" is against teams that spend a lot of time in your face, so you can spread a lot of passive stacks on them, engage when they are stacked nicely and preferably low health and then profit from a large heal.
Alternatives:
- Level 4: "Upstage" against heavy AA Temas.
- Level 16: Booming Kick if you need the extra CC, Swing Life Away against high Spell Damage Teams.
- Level 10: Your Ult can be chosen situational. If the enemy team tends to clump up, "Unrelenting Strikes is also an option.
