April 11: Tank/CC focus build added working changes (working on reasoning)
I made this build and use it in majority of games and situations. allows me to not only tank the enemy team but also allows me to deal a significant amount of damage that allows me to assist in the take downs for my team and allowing a slight advantage. I am not at all saying that this build is flawless nor am I saying that this build is what you must build. I am how ever saying that this build is what i found worst the best for me given my situations that I have been going through in games and allows me to maximize Hero's effectiveness on the battlefield.
Level 1 -
Enduring Swarm
Dehaka has a perfectly fine amount of health regen that
Tissue Regeneration is not needed, and
Primal Aggression is just pointless,
Enhanced Agility would be the only other alternative, however
Enduring Swarm allows Dehaka to reduce incoming damage
Level 4 -
Numbing Eruption
Essence doesn't require you to be the one to kill the minions so just being around them you collect the essence you don't require
Hero Stalker, and
One-Who-Collects because you collect them at a reasonable enough rate you don't need the bonus.
Lurker Strain.... They know where are going invisible is going to make them forget,
Numbing Eruption gives you space, well needed breathing room and potential to push them into your team that will most likely coming to assist you or knock them far enough away to allow you to escape
Level 7 -
Symbiosis
Perfect pick for when you drag someone, removing .5 seconds off while you are dragging them as well as getting the hits on any of their teammates that are trying to peel you off of them. You don't need
Essence Devourer because you gain an acceptable amount of essence already while laning or ganking.
Constriction is not needed due to the fact that once they are pulled they are most likely dead or very low and going to be out of a fight.
Feeding Frenzy isn't needed because the cool down is already reasonable enough to deal with.
Level 10 -
Isolation
Alternative -
Adaptation
These are both good choices how ever if you are not the only warrior on your team you can pick up
Isolation so you can disrupt the back line and get a carry out of the fight. However if there is a lot of burst damage on their team and you are a solo tank
Adaptation is perfectly fine since you wont be able to survive with out it.
Level 13 -
Whirling Dervish
Feel like you're too slow? probably just because you don't have a mount, well
Swift Pursuit and
Ferocious Stalker aren't your answers, the enemy can hear when you are going somewhere using
Brushstalker as well as there aren't really many bushes that where team fights will happen or people will be running by, keep/ fort is the safest place. So
Whirling Dervish what it adds is perfect reducing CC by 50% to let you keep attacking the enemy that you are dragging back to your team.
Level 16 -
Rapid Regeneration
Paralyzing Enzymes?? well i mean if you and your team can't kill someone then sure, but regardless who ever you drag is dead, if not then you pulled the wrong person. As for
Elongated Tongue well you will be on them regardless because you are a warrior so you don't need the range at all. So now we have
Rapid Regeneration while in the fight if for what ever reason they decide to attack you, then you burrow, get some health, come back up stronger and potentially knocking a carry into your team if you are lucky.
Level 20 -
Hardened Shield
Alternative -
Contagion
Contagion if you aren't being focused but need to target out their carry and potential peel that the carry has then it's the one for you, silence more than just the target you hit and slow them by 30% for 3 seconds, who wouldn't take it.
Change Is Survival I guess you could take it but you don't need that extra boost to your healing considering at every fight you will 9 times out of 10 have 50 stacks on your passive and with
Rapid Regeneration be able to get to full health like nothing.
Apex Predator well when you need to get somewhere you will already have
Brushstalker up because either you died or there is a long enough fight that the cool down is already up.
Hardened Shield how can you pass up 75% reduced damage, working in tandem with Adaptation or just your passive is golden to allow you to survive in a team fight regardless what they throw at you, granted they aren't targeting you.
This is my first build and constructive criticism is accepted. I am not saying this build is flawless as I stated above, I however feel i gave sufficient evidence and reasoning as to why I selected these Talents, if you have any questions feel free to ask them. Or just give hate, you know, you do you
