I'll get the opportunity to work on this a bit later but for now I'm just going to leave a short description. The build listed is a bruiser-esque tank Cho, that uses the combination of Runed Gauntlet, Hammer of Twilight, and Runic Feedback to have large AA burst. While this build does ignore Molten Block, with the exception of certain team compositions, Molten Block will only delay your death and if you're forced to use Molten Block, you're better picking up talents in Consuming Blaze.

The most important abilities for Gall to take are Siphoning Runes and Dark Descent. The obvious benefits are super fast recharges on Rune Bomb means more healing and more damage. Additional talents are up for whatever the Gall feels comfortable with taking (I prefer movement speed buffs and Shadow Bolt Volley).

Gall's build is listed as Build 2, while alternate Consuming Flame build is Build 3 for when you need Molten Block
