Task Master should be used when ABSOLUTELY needed, which should be often enough for the talent to be taken.
Focus your abilities on Structures, in hopes that enemies will be standing in front or behind it, otherwise, help Cho clear minion waves (priority), then heros, then camps.
Save your Eye cooldown for moments where vision is NEEDED.
Oh, and keep your D up when Cho is not aggroing abilities.
