Is there a reason you don't take cleanse at 7?

this is my fav build, except i get the Ancestral instead of Bloodlust in most cases.

Good build. I do the same. Except for lvl 20.
Global BloodLust is extremely powerfull if it's activated at the right time. In a tight game if you send a few camps to push on a line and do an other attack with all heroes, activating bloodlust will definitly turn the game around in your favour. And using Earthbind Totem with it malkes it even more affective in your area.
On the other hand, the shields only last 3 seconds. If you would have dieded without the shield you will probably still die when the shield is down. Your healing should be enough.
