how you wanna play lili is kinda passive but also rlly pokey you wanna use your winds to poke but always be activateing your serpent on yourself when you hit 16 and get the serpent gives you one if you cast it on an ally (talent 16) then use it on an ally and when you go in on a teamfight you use your ulty (water dragon) and deal extra damage

how you wanna play with this buld is that you need to go in use your Q and teleport out and poke them but mostly you wanna have a good tank with cc like diablo etc leoric (his ult) or johanna (johanna is best choice)
