In you opinion, will LiLi ever replace other top supports in the competitive scene?

I really like your guide, but wanted to ask if you have tried Water Dragon since they buffed the damage and reduced the mana cost? I have found it to be better at keeping people alive than the Jug of 1000 Cups. Especially since using the Jug makes it to where you can't use your blind or single heal, where Water Dragon will cast even if silenced, stunned, or eaten by Zagara, etc. With going Mass Vortex and Surging Winds, the healing and damage I pump out is amazing and able to do wonders for the team, and the Water Dragon secures kills on whoever is closest to me and whoever is near them. With the low cooldown on Water Dragon, plus the much lower mana cost, I have been doing much better with it than I used to with Jug of 1000 Cups.
