I made an account solely to comment on how bad this guide is. The format's great, but the actual content is as atrocious as can be. A few examples:
1. Your understanding of the character's abilities is minimal at best. Death Coil "can be casted constantly due to its low mana." It's 50 mana on a 9 second CD, the opposite of efficient casting, and you should most certainly never cast it in an attempt to clear a minion wave. Other advice, like that regarding having the trait up all of the time, is also foolish. Why waste your source of burst damage on minions? Save it for a fighting other heroes and finish your quest talent while you're at it.
2. Talent explanation is minimal and abysmal. There is no discussion about situational talents whatsoever, just you glossing over them and saying why this talent doesn't have the same function as the one you picked. I surmise, if anything, that this is because your understanding of both this character and others in the game is about as deep as a bowl of soup. You picked the worst talent in the level 20 tier as above the others. Sure, let's pick the nigh-pointless range increase on Sindragosa instead of giving the hero the escape he doesn't have.
3. "Arthas counters Malfurion because he has no escape." "Arthas counters Auriel because she has no escape." "Arthas counters Gul'dan because he has no escape." No **** sherlock, anyone with a bit of CC counters heroes with no escape! And guess what? After following this guide, neither will you escape that issue! By the by, Arthas has had 15% resistance from basic attacks for a couple weeks now. Falstad does not "chip away at your health" anymore. Pick up block and get with the program.
Although the guide is superficial, I'd argue that the level 20 Syndragosa isn't bad. Especially with Anti-Magic Shell bugged. You don't take it for the increased range, but the 2 second root and slow afterwards.
1. Unless in a heated team fight against enemy heroes, cast death coil on range minions in a lane to clear waves quickly. Can be casted constantly due to its low mana.
Constantly have frostmourne hungers activated and inflict this upon minions unless in a team fight against enemy heroes than synergize it with your other abilities.
2. Will be adding more text for talents. The Level 20 talent by my opinion and most of the community is the right choice.
3. I don't understand the issue... Arthas is great against those heroes and should be targets to take down. Not only do they have no escapes but they are targets that are influential in a team fight.
If you have more suggestions, definitely send them my way, I am always looking to improve.

I feel like you could elaborate more on the situational picks of the build in terms of when the are viable in a match up (similar to what you said for using the block talent). Overall amazing guide 9/10.

Almost always go death coil so that you can survive in a team fight with out needing constant support from your support.
