This build can be used if you have another tank on your team, meaning you can forego a bit of tankiness.
The build is focussed on winning late game, because your Storm Bolt keeps getting stronger and on level 16+20 you get huge burst potential.
Bursting at lvl 20, with 20 stacks on Stormbolt:
Stormbolt -> Auto-attack -> Thunderclap -> Auto-attack -> Rewind -> Repeat
(330 + 213*1.75 + 202*3+101 + 213*1.75)*2 = 3565 damage (Valla has 2790 health at lvl 20)
