Just a few things seems to be wrong in my opinion.
Lvl 13: the talent healing static is a great choice as well since it combos with the lvl 4 talent "thunder bum". It gives twice the bonus +5% heal per enemy hit. This works amazingly well especially since samuro's images give the bonus as well providing huge healing amounts.
Lvl 16: heavy impact is also a great option. It offers way more stuns to both secure kills, protect allies and hard counters ults such as mosh pit.
Lvl 20: now, if you follow my advice for lvl 13 and 16, picking rewind here is just a MUST. You will be able to thunder clap 4 times and get HUGE healing amount. You can technicaly perma stun targets using dwarf toss twice and bolt of the storm twice.
Even though i agree with you choices, you should consider puting these talents in green as well. (It is actually played in the competitive scene as well)
