Just a few things seems to be wrong in my opinion.
Lvl 13: the talent healing static is a great choice as well since it combos with the lvl 4 talent "thunder bum". It gives twice the bonus +5% heal per enemy hit. This works amazingly well especially since samuro's images give the bonus as well providing huge healing amounts.
Lvl 16: heavy impact is also a great option. It offers way more stuns to both secure kills, protect allies and hard counters ults such as mosh pit.
Lvl 20: now, if you follow my advice for lvl 13 and 16, picking rewind here is just a MUST. You will be able to thunder clap 4 times and get HUGE healing amount. You can technicaly perma stun targets using dwarf toss twice and bolt of the storm twice.
Even though i agree with you choices, you should consider puting these talents in green as well. (It is actually played in the competitive scene as well)
Heavy Impact no longer cancels Mosh Pit. After Dwarf Toss no longer gives you unstoppable you just jump in and get stuned as well. Man I learned that the hard way :)
You can consider taking Thunder Strike instead of Healing Static for your offTank build. Works very well if you have no problems surviving at this point.
Crowd Control is also A must I think especially with Rewind unless you want to be with no mana at all times.
Thank you for the comment. Muradin is flexible enough for everyone to have their favourites. For example when playing against Azmodan or Samuro, where one little minion can mess up everything, the talents you pick can give you advantage or make you useless against them. As Thunder Clap costs 50 mana, you still use mana unless there are 10 targets in a lane. Mana problems come form spamming Storm Bolt when you don't picked Perfect Storm. It comes down to enemy team comp and personal preference. It's never a good idea to mindlessly follow builds wothout understanding talents. These are the general builds and you can change two talents, your role remains the same.
Thank you for the comment, i made some changes in the talent section. These talents are very good but they require experience and a solid team comp, which is not always possible in HL. On the e-sport scene for example double warrior and double support is popular, so Muradin can go full CC.
