I like this build for solo work! However my only suggestion would be to trade out the level 16 Heavy Impact and use Imposing Presence instead. Reason being because this build seems super mana starved if you're using dwarf toss along with both perfect storm and thunderclap without infused hammer, and if you're going to solo, might as well stay in the fight longer by having enemies attack you half as fast as they normally do!

Good job overall though, I'm going to try this one out!
