I take often burning rage at 13, though, and slow basic attacks at 16(?). Helps minion clear and tanking a little. Slow enemy attacks especially makes you less of an assassin and much more of a hybrid, but by the time you get to time fights, you're not likely to find many players alone, and if they are, hopefully you're grouped anyway.
