This is a late game build.
I would recommend using this in a team setting, where you know the players on your team, or can communicate well with them.
The idea here is that you retain all of
Muradin's utilities, as well as gain a late game uppercut to the enemy team.
You have one goal here.
Land your stormbolt on enemy heroes. That's it! This guide is over! Sort of.
The idea here is that you stack as much extra damage on your stormbolt as fast as possible. Along with
Sledgehammer you'll start to be a real threat to enemy structures. As I've mentioned before - the objective here is to destroy the enemy core!
Piercing Bolt allows you to stack the extra damage twice as fast if you can hit the skillshots necessary.
Moving forward, we get into the real burst / kill potential of the build.
Haymaker (and eventually
Grand Slam) really up the ante on your damage output to single targets, as well as provide you with some disengage and extra crowd control.
Healing Static adds that little bit of sustain needed, while
Executioner is the last real piece of the damage puzzle. Once you've picked up
Executioner you should try using thunderclap to slow an enemy, giving you an easy shot at stormbolt. Follow it up with a basic attack (which now has +40% damage thanks to
Executioner and finally knock one out of the park with
Haymaker/
Grand Slam.
If you've gotten enough stacks using
Perfect Storm you'll be surprised how many heroes will be dead after this combo. At the very least you've sent someone back to a healing fountain.
Land stormbolt as often as you can.
Hit like a mountain using the combo.
And because I failed to mention it above, don't forget about the passive on
Sledgehammer effecting mercenaries and minions!
Thanks for reading. Hopefully this inspires some fun and successful
Muradin play!
