During early game this build is but mediocre, but it really starts to shine once you get your ultimate and some enemy fortresses have fallen.
You cast your ultimate during a team-fight (even when you are outnumbered) and then hit the fleeing enemies with hungering arrow, then when they get out of range you vault towards them and hit them again.
Usually this is enough to kill most low health low sustain enemies, but once you get the Tumble talent, you are pretty much guaranteed to get the kill each time, especially with the slow on multi-shot.
This build makes you very squishy however, and you are very vulnerable to stuns as you have no real escape before Tumble if you choose to use Vault aggressively.
You can opt for the "Sustain Chaser" build instead, which gives you a health regen option early on with Siphoning Arrow, and another escape option at lvl 20.
