You should at least get level 16 %90 slow talent so that you pose some threat if not the tier 2 flying kick damage, and i really think brewmasters balance is mandatory, its best talent in Chen's kit... Chen is not a tank due to "cc" meta, this will work when enemy has little to none cc heroes, but when they have a good cc hero, you will do little dmg, and pose little threat... Maybe going full offense as i do, taking all the offense talents like flying kick dmg, 2 seconds longer breath of fire, %90 slow on flying kick, and level 20 talent as spirit that attacks when you use an ability, this way you will deal great dmg but you will have to play like an illidan, totally like an illidan actually.
