This build is all about fun and jumping around on the map. You won't do well as main/only heals unless you are lucky and have a combo of heroes that kind of take care of themselves. I really enjoy playing Tyrande as offhealer//mobile-healthpack. Used properly she can provide the best cover fire (lunar blaze) for a wounded comrade.
