So. You say Swift Pursuit at 13 doesn't stack with Enhanced Agility at 1? I haven't tested it, but that just seems like it wouldn't be the case.

It just applies highest speed bonus.

Assuming you stacked 15% speed from Enhanced Agility, so you have 115% movement speed. With Swift Pursuit at 13 you will just have 120% movement speed. Thats very small bonus, so it's kinda overlapping (a bit). Thats why it's better to take other talents at this level - 60% speed boost on Brushstalker OR Relentless during Dark Swarm.

But Swift Pursuit is definitely good when you don't go for Enhanced Agility. Dehaka's build diversity is great, and having some overlapping talents is okay thing imo. One talent works greatly in one case, others work in other cases.
