The point of the Safe n Secure Solo Build is to do as the name suggests - be safe and secure. In high level games, Sgt Hammer becomes a big target for either burst damage or gap closers. And when you're low on hit points, you're going to be trying your best to kite. During that time, your Regeneration Master will kick in, and First Aid will undo the damage done previously. The nerf to Bullhead Mines means only ONE mine interrupts, not all three. The damage is insignificant anyways. First...
