The bigger problem with Graduating Range is the application of it - easy to use, hard to master. Especially since there are many ways in order to use it wrong. - If you Siege Up and you intend to attack something, you need vision. Your base vision range is much smaller than a max'd Graduating range. Hi guys, The votes number is the amount of votes that the guide has. It doesn't matter if its positive or negative, that's the number of times people have voted on that guide. The bar under it is a percentage base on positive to negative. If the bar is full, it has such an overwhelming positive/negative ratio that it actually rounds out to 100%. If the bar is empty, it means nobody has voted positively for this guide, thus why it has a 0% bar fill. Hope that helps. - FCJ

I can't really say for the Blood for Blood, but everything else in the build checks out as a utility tank in high meta NA play. Rarely will you see Beetles in a draft game, it's more of a solo queue thing or special tactic. Right now, I can't think of a situation as a tank where Resurgence of the STorm still doesn't win.
