I'm fond of the passive part of the trait. It's a good 'talent playground', where Talents can specifically work if you have high stacks going. I rather like a lot of this kit, especially the first ability. Though that said, the sheer abundance of knockback mechanics almost makes the character seem more like a soft tank than a ranged assassin. Overall this is probably in the top 3 movesets I've ever seen on HeroesFire, and there are no critical problems with it, though I do have some minor suggestions, if you'd like to hear them.

This concept is a little broken right at the starting line, because a 30 second DoT means that Fenix, Samuro, Zeratul, Muradin, Nova, Valeera, Falstad, and Olaf effectively lose access to their traits if they dare try to interact with Putricide, which is just unacceptable. I would actually have to hard disagree there. While those things are problems, neither one is the source of his problems. His heroic problems are fairly isolated, and don't have any larger implications. The problem of his quest snowballing, however, is really more symptomatic of a bigger problem with Butcher. I'd argue that his meat runs up high when matchups are in his favor, rather than his meat directly contributing to him winning. If he's in a bad matchup, reaching 200 meat rarely helps...

The first heroic was actually one of my two other points, since gaining 25 armor passively isn't really a particularly good heroic, since there's no room for skill expression. That said, my suggestion would actually be to turn Putrid Blood into a heroic. As-is, the damage bonus is too piddling relative to the risk, and as a basic ability, I don't think there's an easy set of numbers to get it right, but as a Heroic you can really push it into extremes that really make things feel impactful....

I just wanna throw out that having an ungodly amount of sustain does not a tank make. I have other notes I'd like to make, but what you have here is a Bruiser, or maybe even a Melee Assassin, but without any CC or other means of protecting the team, you won't be filling the tank role in any kind of team composition.

I think as a teamfight changer it's one that's a bit situational, since a teamfight away from your core takes quite a while to get to when only moving at 100% speed, whereas a teamfight at your core is one you'll revive instantly in. I think what you've made is very complex... but a complicated design isn't the same as a deep design. Form switching is a mechanic that really doesn't add much unless you know exactly what you're doing, and just stapling 4 different movesets together isn't a good design philosophy, I'm sorry.

You should really include a mission statement regarding why the character needs a rework and what specifically you're trying to accomplish with the changes. Also, I really just can't stand the way you format your concepts with larger text. Using the larger text for the titles makes sense, but it really makes it uncomfortable to read with the standard text being that large. My brain just phases it out.
