This concept is really interesting! I like the jungle-based assassin theme, plus the damage over time focus adds nice flavor.
I have one, potentially two problems though; for one, his base stats seem a bit overtuned. He has warrior-level health and regen, and his basic attack is just a bit too high in terms of damage per second.
