I loved reading this entire post, and thanks for the time and effort to not only extensively test on your own but also post your findings on my guide! Subtlety definitely has a large drawback in that you need to wait a whole 4 seconds to get the bonus Energy Regeneration. I like it. A Warrior Hero focused on countering Basic Attack-focused Heroes like Raynor and Illidan. My only suggestions are to rename Stimpack to Adrenaline Shot (to avoid confusion with Lt. Morales's Stimpack Heroic Ability), reduce both Relentless Soldier's and Combat Shield's Physical Armor bonuses to 10 each, increase Barricade's Physical Armor bonus to 30, and replace Flashbang Grenade's Blind effect with a sight range reduction.

It happens. The key is to pick your fights otherwise you will be running away or end up lying on the ground. Unless you have a level and Talent lead against the enemy team, you should not be taking on two enemies at once. Valeera is an Assassin (both in role and in play-style), not a Bruiser. Piggy-backing on this comment: In addition to the current reward, it should state that Tyrande can no longer lose stacks. Overall, nice Talent rework. Provides an Assassin-like Talent build for Tyrande and gives her more powerful Support Talents to be a more viable solo Support.
