1	Abathur	You can avoid its spikes easily. Thus, its support becomes very useless against Sylvanas. Easy matchup.
1	Genji	This is absolutely easy, just start to your damage combo with Wailing Arrow. Genji's Deflect cannot avoid silence abilities.

3	Li-Ming	You can 'left click' her easily, use your E to confuse her to she won't damage you easily. Pick 'Mind Control' as Heroic if enemy team has more EXP.
4	Stukov	At least you can escape from this monster quickly. Silencing him will avoid him to activate his passive.

8	Medivh	If he repeatedly spams Q to you, it is better not to attack him. Avoid Polymorph but you need to stay next to your teammates at the same time.
9	Valeera	Sylvanas has amazing weakness against melee heroes if she still builds a Withering Fire Movement Speed talents. Valeera is one of them. Never 1v1 her, don't forget that she can only focus to one hero while attacking, so use this as advantage.

4	Murky	He is good at Mercenary capture, so you need to spy him for stealing their camp minions. Otherwise, If he becomes very annoying, search for Egg.
5	Nazeebo	Stop him before the late game. You can escape from his zombie trap by using your E.

8	Zagara	You cannot stun other non-Heroic minions that spawned from other Heroes. Find her tunnels and destroy them, this will drastically decrease her roaming speed.
8	Gazlowe	Same with Zagara, you can't stun Hero-united minions. Just poke him with Shadow Dagger.

10	Sgt. Hammer	Pick 'Mind Control' as Heroic ability. You can't 1v1 with her so you should use your chance at teamfights.
10	Azmodan	Just ask help for teammates, this thing is annoying.

Sylvanas can be one of the best ranged heroes in HoTS. Basically, she has amazing waveclear, damage, utility, escape skills and a passive that stuns non-heroic units. Also she is a good assassin, can be very helpful at teamfights.
I am a Sylvanas main that playing game for 7 months but started the game 2 years ago, and I had a lot of strategy by old MOBA games.
