This guide will review the play style you should aim for with this build. This build is meant to have high dps, burst damage, and abilities that work well for ganking overextended opponents. As this build is
not meant to tank, its best used when playing as an
offtank.
When playing this build, you should be aiming to do 3 things. Do a lot of hero damage, be a good pusher, as well as be able to solo mercenary camps once you hit mid/late game. You should not be playing as the tank. When in team fights, try to hang back somewhat and play it on the safe side. Overextending into a team of assassins means certain death. Instead, wait for them to get impatient and jump for you. This is when you can take advantage of your stuns. Use your tunnel ability to grab them on low health should they start to get away, otherwise only use this ability to escape.
Shield up as often as possible to release beetles, the more beetles you release, the more dps you have. And try to save your ultimate for teamfights, as its very good for pushing them back if need be (though don't hesitate to use it should you overextend and can use it to save your life). Other than all of this, try to stay in your lane (except for objectives and pushing), grab camps when you hit level 13+ and push with them. (Don't waste your time soloing camps, then running off to help another lane. Mercenaries are only worth grabbing solo should you be able to push with them, otherwise you will get no substantial progress, especially for the time put in.)
