First of all, this build (full channel build) is best for hero damage capability, and doesn't take away from siege very much. The capability to kill heroes with this build does go way up and you end up with a more well rounded Azmo. One that can still melt lanes but can also help out in team fights or solo against basically any other hero. Once you can move while channeling, your kills will really start to rack up. Set channel on someone and walk with them as they try to run away. They never make it, the only way to stay alive is to stun the lord of sin and stop the channel. The channel walk move works especially well for illidan, valla and really any hero that can't stun you. If you get channel on them 1v1, unless they have stuns, they die. Especially after lvl 16 talent (enemy basic attacks are slowed), your enemy doesn't stand a chance. For lvl 20 talent I pick the reduced cooldown and 2nd charge for general of hell. These guys are really useful for pushing lanes and with 2 of them you can have one in 2 different lanes, which guarantees your minions will win a straight minion battle. Now there are two slight variations to this build one could go with. A full hero Azmo would choose black pool as lvl 10 heroic and the additional black pool talent for the 20th. I like to keep the grunts and General of Hell for the usefulness in lane melting. On the other hand with the second charge of general of hell, the lvl 16 talent Demonic Smite is far more useful than it is with only 1 General. I still choose enemy basic attacks slowed because it helps secure kills and keeps you alive longer. It just pairs very well with the channel.
Any build as Azmo is really equally capable on any map but some maps are not as Azmo friendly as others. The best Azmo maps are Battlefield of Eternity, Cursed Hollow, Sky Temple, Garden of Terror, Haunted Mines, and Tomb of the Spider Queen. These are the maps (excluding Cursed Hollow) where Azmo can really skip the objective and push lanes while the rest of the team does objective stuff. Usually, he can take down an entire fort during the time the team is off doing objective stuff. The only map Azmo really needs to do objective stuff on (of the maps listed above) is Cursed Hollow. I'd still include this as an Azmo-friendly map because of the curse itself. During curses you should be able to go solo a lane and take down 2 forts while your team takes a completely different one and the enemy defends them. They might try to defend against you but if it's just one or two of them, you'll be fine. On the rest of the maps listed above, skip objectives (except spider queen which is just an as-you-play sorta thing). While the rest of the heroes battle out the objectives on BoE, GoT, and HM, you go melt some lanes (for HM be sure to focus the lane the golem is in and take down some forts so it can move further). If your team is doing poorly on the objective take some time to help out, secure the objective, etc. However, for the most part Azmo can typically destroy more forts while everyone is focusing objectives, than the max power objective would in the first place.
